1. Who may purchaseAdult buyers only.
The purchase flow is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older who can enter a valid contract. By creating an order, the buyer confirms that the information submitted is accurate and that the purchase is being made for lawful purposes.
2. Product and priceOne digital ZIP for a fixed ₹499.
BA Consultancy sells the Cooking Business Idea Vault, a digital collection of educational cooking-business blueprints, planning tools and templates. The displayed total price is ₹499. No hidden website fee is added to the order.
3. Order and payment processPhone order, UPI payment, email and UTR, then manual review.
The buyer creates a protected order using a mobile number, views the order-specific UPI request, pays through a chosen UPI app, and submits an email address plus UPI transaction ID, UTR or reference number. A QR scan, UPI-app opening or submitted reference does not automatically establish that payment was received.
Only an approved administrator may verify payment after checking the actual merchant account record. Incorrect, unmatched, duplicated, reversed or incomplete details may be rejected or returned for correction.
4. Manual email deliveryThe ZIP is emailed manually after verification.
After payment is verified, the administrator manually attaches the locally stored ZIP and sends it to the submitted email. Normal fulfilment is within 4–8 fulfillment hours. Only time within 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, every day is counted; time outside that window is not counted. The buyer should check Inbox, Spam and Promotions.
The website does not host the paid ZIP and does not provide an automatic download link.
5. Buyer responsibilitiesUse the material responsibly and check current requirements.
The buyer is responsible for evaluating any business idea, testing products and processes, checking current licences, registrations, taxes, food-safety requirements, labels, local permissions and professional advice applicable to the chosen activity.
6. Intellectual propertyPersonal-use licence; no resale or public sharing.
The website and purchased files are protected materials belonging to BA Consultancy or its licensors. The buyer receives a limited personal-use licence described in the Buyer Licence. The buyer must not resell, redistribute, upload, forward, publicly share or commercially republish the files.
7. Fair use of the websiteDo not abuse, automate or interfere with the service.
A user must not attempt to bypass security controls, use another person’s order, submit fabricated payment references, overload the service, scrape protected pages, or interfere with administration or database functions.
8. Liability and consumer rightsNo success guarantee; mandatory consumer rights remain.
The material is educational and results depend on the buyer’s decisions and execution. To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a particular purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
